What will the in-person gathering be like?
We’ll meet at The Waverley Country Club in Portland, OR (1100 SE Waverly Dr, Portland). There will be plenty of time to visit with friends, enjoy drinks and light appetizers before we sit down to enjoy the same program as our guests tuned in from the California reception and beyond. Our program will feature stories of impact, exciting updates and puppies meeting their raisers for the very first time.
What COVID-19 safety protocols are being adopted for the in-person event?
We continue to try to protect the health of our clients, staff and supporters. If you are feeling sick or experiencing any symptoms related to the flu or COVID-19, we kindly ask that you stay home and tune in for the virtual program.
What is the attire?
Waverley Country Club Dress Code (REQUIRED FOR ENTRY): Clubhouse attire is required and shall consist of a collared shirt or appropriate turtleneck sweater with tailored slacks, or a dress, skirt, or pant suit. Jackets are not required. Denim of any color is not permitted.
Please note that this dress code will be enforced by The Waverly Country Club and guests not dressed appropriately will not be permitted entry. Guide Dogs for the Blind will not have the ability to override any dress code violation determinations made by Waverly staff. Thank you and we appreciate your understanding!
How do I get there?

Where can I park?
A parking lot will be available to guests at The Waverley Country Club.
What kind of drinks will be available, and will they be complimentary?
There will be a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, in addition to light appetizers for all to enjoy.
Can I bring children?
We love your children; however this event is intended for adults only and we kindly ask that children or teenagers do not attend.
How can I donate?
